Mindfulness and Wellness: (Grades entering 8-12)
This is an opportunity for students to come together and use reflective practices. The session will include activities such as journaling, being outside in nature, stretching and meditation. We will also use a group setting for connection and unity building. We will look at ways to manage stress and find ways to keep life's challenging events in perspective. We will be a group dedicated to acceptance and openness of all paths life gives us. Instructor: P. Mahoney
